The property's location was nice, really close to the city centre. There was dessert restaurant Cake Tin Delights, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location was marvellous for exploring this very nice area, just off Waterloo Metro station, and supermarkets. Besides, a restored Victorian pier was 2 km away from the property. My spotless and huge room came with excellent shower, the bedroom and comfortable bed. I loved that the food for breakfast was superb.

The place was fairly clean, well-equipped and well decorated rooms. Booked the hotel for its stunning location next to Crosby beach, bars and supermarkets and restaurants.
There was view missing, I was a little disappointed.

Appreciated our stay, recommend this hotel. It was clean, everyone was attentive and caring. They served tasty food for breakfast. The setting was wonderful, short walk to the lake and Crosby beach and the restaurant. Furthermore, it was just a short walk away from a beachfront park.

The location was nice for traveling around Liverpool, adjacent to the lake and Crosby beach, the centre of Liverpool and Waterloo Metro station. I randomly popped in Crosby Marina serving some pastries, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, it was nice.
